Baby Orange Carrots are extremely versatile and can be used in both raw and cooked culinary applications. Try roasting, sautéing, stir-frying and boiling to enhance the Baby Carrots’ sweet flavour. Harvesting them at such a young stage means the carrots do not have to be peeled, making them a must have for efficiency in the kitchen. Try thinly shredding the baby vegetable over salad and grain bowls, soups, stews and curries. Baby Orange Carrots have also been known to be juiced and mixed with other baby vegetables and fruit juices for a healthy, superfood smoothie. Orange Carrots pair well with fresh bunched herbs, such as tarragon, thyme, coriander and parsley.

Taste: Baby Carrots orange range in size from 2 to 4 inches in length. Even though they are small in size, they offer a strong and sweet carrot taste with subtle herbaceous notes. They are available mostly all year round and have a much more crunchy and crisp texture than their mature vegetable. For maximum flavour and texture, we recommend to use our Baby Vegetables within 5 days.
