Turmeric Unicorn Latte

1 large mug of nut or dairy free milk
1 tsp fresh or ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1 cinnamon stick or 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
3 cardamon pods
2 tsp of honey or maple syrup 

Method:

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and slowly heat until hot and all spices have combined with the milk

Drain the liquid through a sieve to take out any un-dissolved spices

Return to the pan and bring to a simmer again whilst whisking to create a bubbly/foamy texture.

 

 

Strawberry Unicorn Latte

1 carton or large mug of Daioni strawberry milk
1/4 tsp of pink gel food colouring
1 tbs white chocolate buttons, or finely chopped white chocolate
Decorations!

Method:

Heat strawberry milk in a milk frothier, or slowly in a saucepan until hot and foamy

Place the white chocolate in a mug and pour the hot milk, stirring to melt the chocolate

Scrape out foam and top with any decorations you fancy.
