Buck Rogers Mocktail | Mint

Serves 1

125ml Ginger Ale
25ml Homemade Raspberry syrup

15ml Fresh lime juice
3 Wedges of lime
1 Sprig of mint

 

Method:

Muddle the lime wedges and mint leaves in the bottom of a short tumbler.

Add the raspberry syrup and fresh lime juice.

Add crushed ice and mix.

Top with ginger ale.

Garnish with mint and a fresh lime wedge.

 

Raspberry syrup:

In a saucepan mix one cup of granulated sugar and one cup of water and bring to the boil. Once boiled turned down to a low heat and add one cup of raspberries, cook until the fruit has broken down. Strain and bottle.
