My name is Lauren and I've recently moved back to Norwich, currently working for The Colchester Inns at The Ship Inn, South Walsham.

Here we use a lot of Nurtured in Norfolk's micro herbs and are looking forward to introducing edible flowers and micro veg into our dishes following a visit to Nurtured in Norfolk in April.

Previously having worked in London for over a year for Marcus Wareing at his own 2 michelin starred restaurant in Knightsbridge and a large banqueting company in Cambridge, Nurtured's produce was used in a large scale and were always more than pleased with everything we ever recieved.
