Baby Cucumbers are commonly eaten raw. Thinly slice the cucumber and add to a variety of salads including quinoa and bulgur wheat. Specialty Produce suggest marinating Baby Cucumber in oil, vinegar and spices and serve with sugar snap peas and fresh mint leaves. In addition, shred the cucumbers into a cheesecloth and squeeze to remove as much moisture as possible and then mix with yoghurt and dill for a Greek tatziki sauce. Our Baby Cucumbers pair well with fresh bunched herbs such as mint, dill and tarragon. Furthermore, complement with tuna fish, chicken, peppers, onion and tomatoes. Baby cucumbers will keep for a few days, if stored in the fridge and sealed in the punnet.

Taste: Baby Cucumbers have a smooth exterior with a light green and pale, edible seed centre. The perfect cucumber measures 4 to 5 inches in length, as this is the size when it's at its peak of sweetness. This crunchy, watery cucumber has amazing capacity to remain cool. Its flavour is mildly floral and grassy.
